CoreNet Global recently hosted more than 120 attendees at its 2nd annual India Conference in Bangalore, titled: Corporate Real Estate in India: Influence, Ideas & Infrastructure.
The keynote speech was given by Gurcharan Das, author, commentator and thought leader. He was CEO, Procter & Gamble India and later Managing Director, Procter & Gamble Worldwide (Strategic Planning).
The conference connects the leaders of the corporate real estate profession in India.
At the conference, CoreNet Global released the results of a survey of corporate real estate professionals in India, which showed that demand for corporate real estate (CRE) is increasing significantly.
When asked what their view was of demand for CRE (in terms of space, buildings and offices) in India over the next 12 months, more than 73 percent reported that conditions were improving. Nearly 90 percent said that demand would increase further over the next three years.
